Plotter Heat Transfer is our answer to vinyl or foil – a heat transfer that you cut designs from using a plotter cutter, then apply to garments such as name prints or logos. The plotter transfer is a variant of our Stark Heat Transfer product, offering the same excellent properties, color reproduction and OEKO-TEX certification. It is ideal for both simple and detailed prints and when speed is essential. The plotter sheets can be stored for at least one year, ready to be cut and pressed whenever needed. How Do I Use a Plotter Transfer?

Our plotter transfer works like vinyl or foil for garments. You send a vectorized design from your computer to your cutting plotter, which then cuts the design along the file’s lines. This can be a logo, text or graphic – all designs are single-color. Remove all parts that are not part of the final design. We offer suitable tools for this process, such as tweezers or weeding pens. The plotter transfer is now ready for application.

How Do I Apply a Plotter Transfer?

In exactly the same way as when applying Stark Heat Transfer, since our plotter transfer is based on Stark. If you are using one of our heat presses, we recommend the following settings for both Stark and Plotter:

Application temperature: 160°C
Application pressure: 2–6 bar
Application time: 15 seconds

What Types of Garments Can I Use Plotter Transfer On?

Plotter transfer is suitable for all types of garments, but especially those designed to withstand demanding environments. This includes workwear for construction workers and security personnel, as well as accessories such as beanies, gloves and scarves.

Plotter sheets are produced in one color, sized 70 × 50 cm, and ordered in bundles of five sheets (minimum order: 5). They are available in several colors.
