Adam Andersson Appointed as New CEO of Hot Screen

After twelve years as CEO of Hot Screen, Fredrik Skanselid is handing over the baton. He will continue as co-owner and board member, ensuring continuity in the company’s development. The new CEO will be Adam Andersson, currently CFO at Hot Screen. The transition will take effect on January 1, 2026.

Fredrik Skanselid has played a crucial role in Hot Screen’s growth journey, from a small company to an established player with a reliable product and a strong corporate culture.

– “We’ve had a fantastic journey together, and I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished. Now is the right time to take the next step, and with Adam at the helm, I feel completely confident about the future. I look forward to continuing to contribute through my work on the board,” says Fredrik Skanselid.

For customers and partners, the change primarily means stability and long-term perspective. Continuity is ensured by the fact that knowledge of the business remains within both the board and the organization. The CEO transition is a planned and well-anchored step in Hot Screen’s development.

Adam Andersson joined Hot Screen in 2024 as CFO and has since been part of the management team. He brings broad experience in finance and leadership from both growth companies and international organizations.
