Profile clothes – and the heat transfer that lasts the garment’s entire lifespan

Profile clothes have been used for hundreds of years. A fact that may surprise you, when profile clothes and profile print are nowadays mainly about marketing. If we look more closely at this type of garment, however, there is more value than that in showing which context you belong to. Not least between employees, as profile clothes increases team spirit and boosts collaboration and performance.
For profile clothes, we have our stretchy all-round heat transfer FLEX. The heat transfer can be printed on basically all textiles and, if applied correctly, lasts the garment’s entire lifespan.

FLEX Heat Transfer for sport- och profile clothes

Profile clothes can be designed in different ways based on the company’s business and image. In some cases it is comfortable t-shirts or warming sweaters, in other cases clothes that provide some protection. Common to profile clothes is that the company’s name or logo is visible on the garment. We have developed our FLEX Heat Transfer to be suitable for profiling the vast majority of garments, in the vast majority of contexts.
FLEX is environmentally certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX class 1. With its stretchy, flexible properties, the heat transfer is perfectly suited for profile printing on, for example, sweaters, trousers and jackets, hats and gloves. The print lasts as long as the garment, and can also be kept in stock for at least 5 years. You can order FLEX in two different types: Solid and Process. Solid is for logos with flat colors, Process is for logos with gradients or photo effects.

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX class 1 means that our heat transfers meet high, human-ecological requirements. They do not contain harmful levels of chemicals, neither for those of us who work in production nor for the end user. This in turn means that we need neither fans nor continuous health checks of our employees, while our production is kept clean and efficient. Thus an important aspect to consider when printing profile clothes on a daily basis.
