Lyreco has gone from being a classic office supply store to delivering everything a workplace needs. In Askim, Gothenburg, one of their 11 stores and one of the sales offices is located – upstairs. Emma Persdotter lives within bicycle distance and works as Sourcing & Product portfolio manager.
– I started here in 2014, when we were called Brandpartner, Emma says. Then I was doing design, marketing materials and more. Now I am the purchasing manager for Branding Solutions’ four product categories and have contact with our suppliers, for example you at Hot Screen!
Behind the scenes at the store in Askim, one of Hot Screen’s heat presses is ready. When customers come into the store, they can try out new clothes and have them printed directly on the spot – our transfer prints can be kept on the shelf for at least 5 years. Lyreco’s head office is in Borås and their central printing takes place at the warehouse in Växjö. We provide them with both heat transfers and heat presses.
– You are like the milk in the fridge, Emma says and laughs. A comfortable safety that is always there. Your products are a small part of what we deliver, but without you we cannot deliver what we must. So it always has to work, and it always has. We know what to expect from you.
